The entire tour runs through a single planning hand. Every location/city, every handover, every transition is part of one continuous process.

During the tour, Silvervision scheduling is reachable at all times. It coordinates chauffeurs, connections and short-notice adjustments – from a single source, across all stages.

#### Dedicated point of contact

One name, one number, one responsibility. From enquiry to invoicing, the delegation speaks with the same person.

#### Conference-capable vehicles

Premium Sprinters with a conference table, Wi-Fi and power sockets. Conference coaches with up to 46 seats. S-Class saloons for small delegations.

#### Backup on request

For particularly critical tours, we provide a backup vehicle within reach on request. The condition is early coordination – availability is committed in writing in advance.

#### Carbon-neutral transport

Operations and fleet are made fully carbon neutral. The CO₂ emissions of every tour are offset through contributions to climate protection projects. Standard, not an add-on.

### Process

#### Airport, rail, hotel

Connections are planned so that the delegation and its luggage stay together. No handover between service providers, no waiting at short-stay car parks.

#### Luggage travels with you

The delegation's luggage travels in the vehicle. When several vehicles are used, it is carried alongside them. No separate logistics, no handovers between service providers, no lost items.

#### Route check before departure

Every route is checked on the morning before the tour begins for traffic, roadworks and events. The routing is current on the day of the tour, not on the day of planning.

## How a project works.

From the first enquiry to the end of the tour, Silvervision works to a fixed process. Every step is defined, every step is in writing.

#### Briefing

You tell us the locations/cities, dates, size of delegation and any particular requirements. Within 48 hours, your briefing produces an initial tour draft – vehicles, routes, overnight stays.

#### Tour plan

The tour plan is confirmed in writing before any commitment arises. Every journey, every handover, every hotel is named. Changes up to approval are part of the process.

#### Vehicle commitment

Every vehicle is committed by name, with images and registration. No referral to third parties, no later changes. Before the tour begins, you see what will be at your door.

#### Delivery

During the tour, Silvervision scheduling is reachable throughout. On request, you receive a brief status note after each day – on operations, punctuality and anything of note. Invoicing follows after the tour in a single invoice.

For teamwork on the move.

Markus Werner Karrie designed the [Top Conference Sprinter](https://silvervision.de/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=170&Itemid=1203) himself and had it built to his specifications. This configuration — twelve individual seats, four conference tables, 230 volts, a fully equipped onboard galley with refrigerator — exists in this form only once in Germany.

A city tour brings together hotel, programme and appointments over several days. The [Top Conference Sprinter](https://silvervision.de/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=170&Itemid=1203) stays with you throughout — as a transfer vehicle in the morning, as a break room between stops, as a conference room when the programme runs long.

The onboard galley with refrigerator turns the [Top Conference Sprinter](https://silvervision.de/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=170&Itemid=1203) into its own dining space. Breakfast before the programme begins, canapés between two appointments, drinks on the move — on request, Silvervision handles the selection as part of our catering service.

## Five cities. Five days. One vehicle.

An international fashion company planned the presentation of a new collection to its own sales force and selected buyers. Five cities in five days, a ten-member delegation from management and the creative lead, with driving time in between in which presentation material, image selection and documentation had to be finalised.

Silvervision provided a Sprinter with conference fittings and a chauffeur who accompanied the entire tour. The whole team travelled in the same vehicle, the luggage was transported between hotels, and a backup vehicle was within reach at every stage. Five days, as planned. Without change, without incident.

Questions about roadshows

## What you should know before enquiring.

For a fully planned roadshow we recommend a lead time of six to eight weeks. Shorter periods are possible – where vehicles and tour-manager capacity are available, we have delivered roadshows within seven to ten days. What matters is the early coordination of routes and hotel dates, not vehicle availability.

Yes. For particularly critical tours – such as investor roadshows or product premieres with a narrow window – we provide a backup vehicle within reach on request. Availability and terms are committed in writing before the tour begins.

Conference-capable are our Mercedes Premium Sprinters with a conference table, Wi-Fi and power sockets, as well as our conference coaches with up to 44 seats. S-Class saloons suit small delegations of two to three people who take calls and read in the rear. For the specific assignment, our planning team advises according to the size of the delegation and the work required.

Yes. Silvervision runs roadshows in Germany and in neighbouring countries. Cross-border assignments are carried out under licence pursuant to §§ 48/49 PBefG.

Throughout the tour, Silvervision scheduling is the central point of contact – reachable by phone for you, for the hotels and for the chauffeurs. It coordinates short-notice adjustments, checks connections and holds the tour plan together across all stages. On site, your own tour manager is the point of contact for the delegation.

After the tour, you receive a single invoice with all items. For recurring clients, framework agreements are an option – within which individual or collective quarterly invoices can be kept. The invoicing structure is set out in writing before the tour begins.

Changes during the tour are coordinated by the chauffeur/scheduling. Route changes, extended standing time or additional journeys are documented and billed transparently after the tour. Short-notice cancellations are governed by contract – the terms are set out in writing before the tour begins.

Yes, vehicle branding is possible. We apply removable wraps that are taken off without residue after the tour ends. The lead time for branding is two to three weeks before the tour begins, depending on the scope.
