Responsibility
All greenhouse gas emissions caused by our operations are offset.
For the entire fleet — confirmed by Fokus Zukunft, recognised by the German Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt).

Every vehicle deployed conforms exclusively to the Euro 6 engine generation. The entire fleet — saloons, vans, Sprinters, coaches.
All greenhouse gas emissions caused by our operations are offset. Not only individual journeys, not only one vehicle category. The entire operation.
Offset under CDM, the certificate standard of the Kyoto Protocol. Validated by CTI. Confirmed by Fokus Zukunft. Recognised by the German Environment Agency.
“The climate seal we award to Silvervision meets internationally valid standards for CO₂ offsetting, recognised by the German Environment Agency.”
The seal is reissued each year. The most recent certification was carried out in February 2026. It is based on the carbon accounting of all operational greenhouse gas emissions and their complete offsetting through the supported climate project. The methodology follows the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
"We were the first carbon-neutral company in premium passenger transport. For me, it was clear from the outset: if a company takes responsibility, it does so for the entire operation — not for individual vehicle categories that happen to present particularly well.
External verification is part of that. Without CDM certification and without confirmation by Fokus Zukunft, our climate commitment would hold no value for a client’s sustainability report. That is why we chose this path.
The climate seal is reissued each year — the most recent certification was carried out in February 2026.

EXTERNAL DATA BASIS
The chart below from the German Environment Agency shows the environmental costs of various modes of transport in Germany.
The coach leads the field at 1.07 cents per passenger-kilometre. It shows the starting position.
The complete offsetting that Silvervision provides for the entire fleet eliminates residual emissions across all vehicle categories.

THE SUPPORTED PROJECT
Electricity generation from renewable water resources on the Dapein river, town of Bhamo, Kachin State.
A hydropower plant with 240 MW of installed capacity. The electricity generated replaces fossil-fuel power in the Myanmar National Power Grid and the South China Power Grid.
The project contributes to three of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Affordable and Clean Energy
The electricity generated replaces part of the power in the Myanmar National Power Grid and the
South China Power Grid, which is predominantly generated from fossil fuels.
Decent Work and Economic Growth
Construction and operation increase the tax revenue of the Myanmar government, promote the region’s
economic development and create new employment opportunities for the local population.
Climate Action
Alongside reducing CO₂ emissions, the project reduces further pollutants such as NOx, SO₂ and particulate matter.
