Leipzig carries three threads at once: the musical history around Bach and the Gewandhaus, the Peaceful Revolution with the Nikolaikirche at its centre, and the contemporary art scene around the Spinnerei in Plagwitz.
St Thomas Church, with the grave of Johann Sebastian Bach, and the adjacent Bach Museum form the city's musical foundation. The Gewandhaus, with the Gewandhaus Orchestra, and the Leipzig Opera stand on Augustusplatz. The Nikolaikirche, with the peace prayers of 1989, marks a historic site of the Peaceful Revolution. The Mädlerpassage with Auerbachs Keller, the Museum of Fine Arts in the city centre and the Grassi Museum, with three collections under one roof, complete the inner-city axes. The Spinnerei in Plagwitz is today a centre of the New Leipzig School.
Naumburg with its cathedral — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — lies barely an hour to the south-west. The Dessau-Wörlitz Garden Realm to the north-west, Halle with the Handel House to the west. The Monument to the Battle of the Nations on the southern edge of the city commemorates the battle of 1813.

Markus Werner Karrie designed the Top Conference Sprinter himself and had it built to his specifications. This configuration — twelve individual seats, four conference tables, 230 volts, a fully equipped onboard galley with refrigerator — exists in this form only once in Germany.
A city tour brings together hotel, programme and appointments over several days. The Top Conference Sprinter stays with you throughout — as a transfer vehicle in the morning, as a break room between stops, as a conference room when the programme runs long.
The onboard galley with refrigerator turns the Top Conference Sprinter into its own dining space. Breakfast before the programme begins, canapés between two appointments, drinks on the move — on request, Silvervision handles the selection as part of our catering service.
