Services – Branding
Service
A vehicle branding project brings the design template, film production, application and removal together into a single process. Its organisational standard can be described precisely: on-time delivery, wrap film technology at the level of professional advertising production, and a single point of contact across every step — from design approval to removal.
Silvervision coordinates branding projects as a continuously managed process: one point of contact, no intermediary, no replacement vehicle. The wrapping is carried out by a specialist partner workshop. The branded vehicle remains a Silvervision vehicle — with a Silvervision chauffeur, looked after through the same point of contact as the transfer assignment.
What remains after the assignment is the vehicle — the film type and adhesive are matched to the agreed deployment period. The wrap is removed without residue. At Silvervision, branding is not a structural modification but a time-limited brand presence.
Occasions.
Whatever the occasion, the operational basis stays the same.
Roadshow
When an executive board, a sales team or a creative lead connects several cities, the vehicle becomes a mobile brand carrier. Logo, corporate colours or collection motif travel with it – visible at every stage, present outside the hotel and the event venue. The wrap covers the entire tour; removal follows once the tour ends.
Exhibition transfers
At the IAA, Hannover Messe or Bauma, the shuttle becomes part of the appearance. Between hotel and exhibition hall, on the shuttle run, in front of the stand: the vehicle extends the brand's presence from the stand onto the street. The wrap covers the entire run of the exhibition; removal follows once it closes.
Delegation visit
When a delegation pulls up at the hotel, the vehicle is part of the reception. A discreetly placed logo or a full wrap in corporate colours underlines the occasion – without overpowering the character of the vehicle. For multi-day stays, the wrap remains in place for the entire programme.
Scope of service
Three phases that every branding project passes through. From the briefing to the reuse of the wrap – coordinated through one point of contact.
The branding is built from your existing design. We issue a technical specification for print-ready data — format, colour profiles, cutting dimensions. Your agency or in-house design team delivers directly to specification, or we have the data produced to your requirements through our agency.
Before the order is confirmed, the film type is matched to the deployment period, the design requirement and the vehicle's surface. Only cast-grade films from professional advertising production are used – suitable for residue-free removal.
Before production begins, a written approval is in place – covering the scope of the wrap, the lead time, the deployment logistics and the removal date. Only then does the order go to print.
The film is produced at a specialist print works. Colour fidelity and print quality meet the standard of professional outdoor advertising – backlit, weatherproof and dimensionally stable throughout the deployment period.
The application is carried out at a specialist partner workshop, coordinated by Silvervision. You have one point of contact – the Silvervision contact for your transfer assignment. The logistics between the wrapping workshop, Silvervision and the place of use rest entirely with us.
Before delivery, a quality control takes place – checking fit, colour fidelity and film adhesion. You receive photo documentation of the finished vehicle before the assignment begins – as standard, not as an option.
The wrap is designed for a clearly defined period of use — from a single exhibition week to a tour lasting several weeks. The film type and adhesive are chosen so that they remain dimensionally stable throughout the deployment period and can be removed without residue at the end.
From briefing through production and application to removal, coordination runs through a single person. Enquiries, changes, invoicing — one number, one name, one responsibility.
Once the assignment ends, the wrap is removed. Without residue. What remains is the vehicle — as before.
Process
From the first enquiry to removal, Silvervision works to a fixed process. Every step is defined, every step is in writing.
You tell us the occasion, the period of use and the depth of branding – from a discreet logo to a full wrap. Within 48 hours, the briefing produces an initial assessment of lead time, scope and film type. You receive our specification for print-ready design data — your agency or in-house design team delivers to specification.
You receive a written quotation covering the scope of the wrap, lead times, deployment logistics and removal date. Once you approve, the order goes into production. A commitment arises only with your signature, not with the enquiry.

Reference
A French fashion house presented a new collection to its own sales force and selected buyers. Across several cities, the vehicle was to be part of the brand presentation – visible on the street between hotel, showroom and event venue.
Silvervision coordinated the wrap with a specialist partner workshop, matched to the house's brand identity. The film was applied before the tour began and removed without residue once it ended. Photo documentation before delivery, a single point of contact across the entire project – and, after the assignment, a vehicle without a trace.
Questions about branding
Eight questions that often arise ahead of a branding project – answered precisely.
For a vehicle branding project we recommend a lead time of two to three weeks before the assignment begins — regardless of the scope of branding. This covers design coordination, written approval, film production and application at the wrapping workshop. Shorter lead times are possible in individual cases but should be communicated early.
The concept
Four principles that accompany every journey.
A protected workplace on the move — from a phone call to a full conference with video link. What would otherwise be lost between appointments flows back into the working day.
The interior is acoustically sealed and reserved solely for your group. Sensitive matters do not leave it.
On board there are only people authorised by you. No strangers. No uncontrolled boarding.
Route, stops and points of boarding or alighting follow your instructions. Busy locations are avoided on request.
